Two products, priced per company. Team Breathers is a credit pool: 8, 20, 48, or 100 credits per year at £125, £125, £120, or £115 per credit respectively. One credit = one 15-minute Team Breather led by a Breather guide. App is a seat pool from £2 per seat per month, with volume discounts down to £1.40 at 1,000+ seats. When you buy both and the Team Breathers pack is above 20 credits, the app is 15% off.
One credit = one 15-minute Team Breather for up to around 25 people, led by a certified Breather guide. Credits are valid for 12 months. Any manager can book.
You buy seats as a pool and allocate them to the people who'll use Breather. If someone doesn't open the app for 30 days, their seat flags as dormant and can be reassigned. You don't pay for shelfware, and the people who have Breather are the ones who want it.
Per-seat wellbeing licences create shelfware. Most people never open them, and you pay anyway. Our model prices for the pool that will actually engage. Better unit economics for you, and the people with Breather are the ones who want it.
Calendar data and individual session history never leave the user's device. The small amount of org-level aggregate data we collect (total session counts, anonymised engagement, pulse responses) is stored in UK / EU regions. Pulse responses are anonymised on collection.

Yes. Annual contracts don't auto-renew without confirmation. If Breather isn't the right fit at the end of the term, you walk away clean.
