Dormant seats get reassigned

If someone doesn't use their app seat for 30 days, it flags as dormant and can be moved to someone who will. The licences stay with the people who want them.

Calendar data and session history never leave the user's device. The small amount of aggregate data we collect is stored in UK / EU regions and anonymised on collection.
